this is a 1.2 million squire meter gfa project. it is composed of residential towers waterfront villas and a shopping mall which connected with subway station. one of the most important concepts of this project is to create a lifted green spine to chain up 10 parcels in the site. the green spine starts from waterfront area and go through all the parcels to the end of the major road and combines with an iconic building to form an image of district entrance.
