the site is located in a downtown area. the project is composed of residential and retail programs. one of the major concept of this project is to create a multi-angles façade for increasing more exposure façade area. the show window, outdoor signboard and vertical circulation are adopted to be new facade design elements to create a more interactive commercial interface between outdoor and indoor space.
